Keeping and caring for class critters

Keeping a class 'pet' is an awful idea. I consider classroom critters as guest teachers, due all the respect of any valuable human resource. Because they can be so useful in the elementary classroom, I felt that a module covering the basics of anmal care and classroom utilization would be helpful to teachers. I start off with a 'policy' for critters which is comprehensive enough for most administrators. Links and some Power Points for teaching the natural history of some popular 'guests' are included.
