The invisible nature of electrcity combined with its potential danger keeps it from being understood by many people. Ironically, we use electronic devices daily and rely on electrcity for communication, heat, and doing all of the daily jobs of housekeeping. We owe it to our student to demystify electricity and make it an understandable and useful tool in our kit of daily survival. Fear of the resource needs to be replaced by an educated respect for its power and utility. Start with the draft curriculum and explore from there.
